Postnasal drip is giving me a gnarly sore throat. Could have been the bug that’s been going around that’s finally manifesting in my sinuses.

I actually haven’t been all that bad this year. Especially considering it hasn’t rained in a bit and the 4runner looks more yellow than silver.

Costco has all the generic Zyrec you could possibly need for 15 bucks. It’s way better than the silly bottles of like 24 pills you get at Walgreen’s or whatever.

I get my seasonal allergies in the fall. Mostly know as the first few weeks of sleeping since the antihistamines knock me out.

My doctor has me taking some prescription pill plus take OTC Allegra. Then, I’m using a saline spray. Still getting the burning eyes, itching ears and congestion, but keep cough drops at my desk to keep the sore throat at bay. Tree pollen trying to pull the RKO, but I’m countering.
